1. Phinney Ridge

Phinney Ridge is one of the most family friendly neighborhoods in Seattle. If you and your family love going out for walks or bicycling around or having picnics, this neighborhood is great for you. Green Lake Park and Woodland Park Zoo are great spots for a fun-filled family outing.

2. Queen Anne

If you ask people in Seattle what neighborhood is best for families, some would answer Queen Anne. The public transportation is excellent, with multiple bus lines providing easy access to Downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. Plus, Highway 99 offers a quick and convenient connection to other parts of the city.

Like other family friendly neighborhoods, Queen Anne has great schools and there are beautiful parks to enjoy. If you need more convincing, you might want to read this 4 reasons to move to Queen Anne we created especially for you 😉

3. West Seattle

Are you looking for a safe, stroll-friendly neighborhood where you can comfortably walk with your kids and enjoy the view of the Sound? Are you also looking for an area with lots of grocery stores you can easily get to? Then West Seattle is for you.

5. Madison Park

If your family thrives on relaxed living, Madison Park is the perfect neighborhood for you.
