To be eligible to receive a real estate commission, you have to be a human licensed real estate agent. So, if you were to buy this home without a real estate agent, you would not be able to receive the commission in their place.  

But, if you were to buy this home with a human real estate agent, and your agent was willing to give you a commission rebate, you can actually receive some of those funds at closing!
